Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and backwaters. The rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for my business trip. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the restaurant staff was helpful and accommodating.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly during my stay. They did not cater to my requests and were generally unaccommodating.

We stayed at this hotel after a long tour in Kerala and it was the perfect spot to unwind. the spacious bungalow had luxurious amenities including efficient air conditioning and an outdoor shower.
Some areas of the hotel, such as parts of the garden, needed some maintenance. Despite that, the in-house restaurant offered a menu with special diet options, while the poolside bar had refreshing drinks.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The location on an island accessed over a bridge was stunning, with beautiful views of the river and golden beach. Breakfast had a great variety of South Indian items and the staff were amazing and helped me book transportation and excursions.
Nothing not to love, this city exceeded my expectations.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. the access to the beach through the free boat ride was a great highlight. the backwaters ride was also a pleasant experience. the location offers a great opportunity for a peaceful romantic getaway.
The restaurant was not very accommodating for our dietary restrictions, and we found the food to be a bit pricey. there was not much nightlife or activities to do on the property at night.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
